Programs such as Memory Lane are aimed at connecting people living with dementia, and their carers’, with their communities.

At Delphis Australia we understand that a dementia diagnosis can be a difficult time filled with uncertainty. Our staff endeavor to make common, everyday activities available to people living with dementia and their carers’ in a safe, judgement free environment.

We believe a person can live well with dementia and should have access to a range of supportive activities that embrace their uniqueness and value. Our caring team therefore provide a range of programs including:

Our dedicated and caring staff provide in-home support for clients with dementia and their carers to help achieve independent living.
We have 3 Dementia Specific Day Centres across the Central Coast which provide a fun, interactive and stimulating environment.
We have several great programs on offer such as the Memory Lane Restaurant, Coffee Clubs and Living with Memory Loss.

Our Team

Our qualified team of dementia specialists undergo a Federal police check and are regularly trained to ensure the delivery of high quality service. Our staff are available to provide assistance 24/7.

Who is eligible?

Delphis Australia can offer services to frail older people, people living with dementia and/or their carers.

How much does it cost?

Information about fees will be discussed with you by our friendly Coordinator at the time of arranging services. No one will be refused service on the basis of inability to pay.
