Delphis Australia prides itself on staff that join together & combine their skills, experience & culture to provide warm & helpful care to those in need.

With more than 25 years experience in providing care, Delphis Australia has built a wonderful team of people who truly value working with the elderly, those with dementia and people with a disability.

Our team is constantly learning and evolving and are dedicated to providing personalised care and choice to our customers.

Our team features a diverse and highly capable leadership team, plus 140 staff and volunteers delivering programs and personal care across the Central Coast, both in clients’ homes and at our day centres.

Delphis’ Board of Directors comprise volunteers elected by our members. Elections take place at our Annual General Meeting.

Hon. Robyn Parker

Robyn is dedicated to initiating, driving & delivering change in the not-for-profit sector.
Previously, Robyn was a NSW member of Parliament as Minister for the Environment and Minister for Heritage.

Recognised across community, business & Government networks, Robyn has a deep appreciation of stakeholder concern & government priorities to drive & deliver change that counts.

Dr. Deborah Meyer
Chairman

Deborah has been a Board member with Delphis Australia since 2010. Deborah is passionate about quality management & brings a wealth of management knowledge to the organisation with her years of academic work in management studies which include managerial decision making, strategic management, organisational behaviour & strategic human resource management.

Trevor Hartshorne
Deputy Chairman

Trevor is an accomplished Company Director with extensive experience in Australia and Asia, and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. The varied industries Trevor has been involved in include Travel, Hospitality, Social Housing, Aged & Dementia Care, Transport, Real Estate and IT.

Jennifer Eddy

Jennifer has many years’ experience in residential & community aged care as a board member & as CEO of a Residential Aged Care organization. Jennifer has worked with many different industry partners, government bodies & the community to enhance quality of care in the aged care industry & to promote the industry as a whole also working across the community at board level in economic regional development, health & youth services.

Kirbie McWhirter

Kirbie is the Operations Director with performHR. Her extensive experience includes working with clients on critical business initiatives such as Change Management & Strategic HR planning. Kirbie is passionate about Social Enterprises and the not for profit industry.

Richard McCullagh

Richard has over ten years’ experience managing all financial aspects of a high turnover business. He was General Manager of Henry Kendall Village and Bonnells Bay Retirement Village from 1991 – 1996. Richard is an adjunct professor in elder law at the College of Law, Sydney & Author with Retirement Village Law 2013.

Hich Nasr

Hich is a management consultant within Deloitte’s Risk Advisory division. A progressive, adaptable executive, Hich has extensive experience in change management & operations in franchising, hospitality & the public sector. With an entrepreneurial approach to strategy, Hich promotes collaborative partnerships &pragmatic risk management.
